We guarantee that all of our vehicles are brand new and in the original manufacturer's crate or box free from defects.

All of our off-road vehicles are sold with a limited 3 to 6-month Limited Manufacturer Warranty and on-road vehicles with a limited 6 to 12-month Limited Manufacturer Warranty from the date of receipt.

We offer our customers a 30-day Limited bumper-to-bumper Manufacturers Warranty on all Electric and Gas Scooters; 3-month extended warranty is available on X-treme scooters.

The warranty covers only manufacturer defects and is on a parts exchange basis only.  Any outside repair labor charges, down time, towing or shipping charges are not covered under warranty. We do not cover misuse or broken parts caused by the user.

Warranty labor and parts are free if you send your vehicle to our warehouse facility for warranty repair. Customer is responsible for returning the vehicle at their own expense for warranty repair at their own expense. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for any damage or loss occurred during the return shipping. No returns will be accepted without RMA issued by Rabbitscooters.com. Please fill out RMA form on our website, or call us at 1-909-590-2576 to receive your Return Authorization Number.

Contact us by phone at 1-909-590-2576 or submit a Warranty Claim Form on our website if you are experiencing technical problem with the products. When contacting us, a technical support representative will trouble shoot the problem with you by phone or email. If the problem is determined to be based on a manufacturer's defect, not caused by abuse, neglect or failure to follow instructions, technical support is provided in an attempt to resolve the problem. New replacement part(s) under warranty will be shipped to customer at no additional costs. Defective warranty part(s) may be required to be returned to exchange for new replacement part(s). Returning your defective part(s) will ensure we send you the correct part(s) and assist us in monitoring and correcting potential manufacture defects. Customers are responsible for returning the part(s) at their own expense. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for any damage or loss occurred during the return shipping. No returns will be accepted without RMA issued by Rabbitscooters.com. Please fill out RMA form on our website, or call us at 1-909-590-2576 to receive your Return Authorization Number.

The following are warranty limitations and exclusions:

Spark plugs
Trunks or racks
Standard wear and tear- plastic parts & components (color coordinated housing, etc) batteries, brakes, brake handles, seats, lights, bulbs, belts, muffler, and tires.
Extreme riding, racing or competition
Vandalism, fire or theft
Crash or accident
Outside repair
Towing or shipping charges to and from for any reason including but not limited to repair, return or exchanges
Loss of time without vehicle
Warranty is not valid unless assembled, inspected (PDI) and maintained by a certified technician

RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a grace period of 24 hours to cancel your order(s) from the date of purchase. Any cancellation request submitted after the shipment of your order(s) will be referred to our Return Policy, and subject to restocking fee.

If your merchandise remains in new and unused condition and you would prefer to return it for refund or exchange, you may do so according to the following  terms of our refund and exchange policies:

Customer must initiate return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt. Merchandise must be received in 100% new, re-sellable condition. Merchandise is not eligible for refund if it has been ridden, worn, used, abused or damaged in any way. Merchandise must arrive complete (including warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional items, etc.) and in the original packaging.

Customer is responsible for returning merchandise at their own expense. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for any damage or loss occurred during the return shipping. No returns will be accepted without RMA issued by Rabbitscooters.com. Please fill out RMA form on our website, or call us at 1-909-590-2576 to receive your Return Authorization Number.

Once merchandise has been accepted for return or exchange, the amount of credit refunded or applied to your new purchase is affected by the following store policies;

(1) 15% restocking fee will be applied on all returns.

(2) The actual cost incurred by Rabbitscooters.com for shipping the order(s) to customer is not refundable in case of the free shipping promotion.

(3) Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

We do not accept return on any vehicle(s) experiencing mechanical issues that are fixable or issues that fall under the following criteria:

(1) Lack of mechanical knowledge

(2) Lack of maintenance

(3) Improper maintenance

(4) Mechanical issues resulting from assembling performed by an unauthorized technician or mechanic

(5) Costumers' negligence

Preparing your product for return shipment:

• Re-pack the merchandise securely in its original packaging, include the original contents of the box; warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional items, etc.

• Include a copy of the RMA notice you have received from us by email.

• Clearly print your RMA# on the return shipping label or Bill of Lading.

• For your protection we recommend all returns be insured with freight carrier. The customer is responsible for damage or loss during return shipping.

• Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted

At the discretion of RabbitScooters.com, returns which do not follow the above guidelines may be refused, or extra shipping and handling fees may apply. Items returned without RMA # may be recycled without customer recourse and will not be credited for refund or exchange.

Return Policy for Parts and Accessories

There is a grace period of 24 hours to cancel your order(s) from the date of purchase. If you cancel your order(s) after this period, there will be 5% cancellation fee.

Please be advised that, in the event of a delay shipment, a refund will only be granted if your order(s) has not been shipped out within the maximun shipment period of four (4) weeks.

There is no refund if customer had ordered Wrong size order on any accessories and parts. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine the size, specs and parts number before placing the order.

In the event of a return or exchange of parts or accessories, customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL (DOA) SHIPPING POLICY

Rabbitscooters.com attempts every effort to ensure that products are completely functional and free of any damage before shipment from our warehouse. We pride ourselves on carrying top quality merchandise and use the most reputable shipping carriers, but even under the best of circumstances products may arrive with shipping damage. We request our customers PLEASE thoroughly inspect your new product immediately upon receipt, before you sign the receiving paper. If the vehicle is damaged or missing parts, you must report to the freight driver and the damages must be recorded on the delivery documents in writing.

Customer must contact us by phone at 1-909-590-2576 or submit DOA form on our website within 48 hours, we will arrange for exchange of the parts or replacement of the parts. We may ask you for pictures and to return the broken parts prior sending replacement parts.

When contacting us, a technical support representative will trouble shoot the problem with you by phone or email, exchanges will be granted in the event of damage that cannot be fixed by dealer and/or the manufacture.

We reserve the right to charge you for replacement and shipping freight before the claim is concluded.


REFUSED SHIPMENT POLICY

If you refuse your shipment without and the merchandise is returned without any RMA#, the shipment may be recycled without customer recourse and will not be credited for refund or exchange.

We may upon receipt of the refused merchandise, issue a credit for the purchase price less all the shipping and handling cost plus restocking fee depending on the condition of the merchandise.

Please note that if you refuse your shipment because it looks and/or is damaged, it will still be considered as a refused order.
