you up to 65mph in a twist of the throttle. It is tweak for the highest

MC-13 Bali 250 moped scooter is a full size street legal scooter
in 49 states excluding California. However, some state may require additional
documentation like odometer reading. In this case, please contact us
and we will try to help you with additional requirements. Some charges
may apply.
If your state requires your MSO to be notarized, there is a $30 fee
for each certificate to be notarized. This process may take up to 4-6
weeks. Not all vehicles are street legal or register able in all 50
states. Each state is different and may have different registration
requirements.
Parts - Where to Get Them? We stock all common parts
for all products we carry. Call us to get your replacement part(s) shipped
free of charge. You would not even pay for shipping in most cases. If
you purchased your moped scooter, dirt bike, go cart, atv, or any vehicle
from us, you are special and will be given that special treatment each
and very time you come back. We offer replacements parts at extremely
low prices even if your warranty has expired! If you cannot find any
parts listed under parts section of the scooter you purchased, please
do not panic and contact us. We have a special team in charge of parts
in China and we will get you parts you need.

which a dealer would normally perform - such as putting tires on, hooking
up the battery, checking tightness of all nuts and bolts, changing oil,
etc. Occasionally some units may need other routine items checked/adjusted
such as adjusting the carburetor idle and mixture screws, checking to
ensure wires are well connected, adjusting chain slack and alignment,
if needed. While we will gladly assist you with any technical questions.
