such risks, losses, costs, and damages incurred as a result of the use
of the pocket bike or participation in any pocket bike riding or racing
activity, whether by purchaser or anyone using the pocket bike with or
without purchaser's permission. Your purchase of the pocket bike shall
constitute your release and indemnity in favor of RABBIT SCOOTERS, its
shareholders, officers and directors from any against any and all claims
or injuries of every kind resulting from use or operation of the vessel/vehicles,
including costs and attorney's fees incurred in connection therewith.
