Assembly
Comes 90% assembled, you will need
to put on the front wheel and mirrors etc. Anyone who has some mechanical
knowledge can uncrate this scooter and get it up and running in
couple of hours (with help). However, if you do not feel comfortable
doing it on your own, we highly recommend that you take it to a
professional mechanic and have them get it ready for you, which
is a good idea to protect your warranty and investment, it is your
responsibility to make sure that the scooter is assembled correctly
and to pay for any additional fee related to assembly if needed.
We will not be responsible for misuse or improper assembly to the
scooter. Be sure to tighten all bolts and check for appropriate
levels of engine fluid prior to operation. This is brand new in
the box, it needs to be assembled very carefully and properly for
top performance.

GRX200-B is DOT and EPA approved. We provide properly filled and signed
MCO (Manufacturer certificate of origin).
If your state requires your MSO to be notarized, there is a $30 fee
for each certificate to be notarized. This process may take up to three
weeks. Not all vehicles are street legal or register able in all 50
states. Each state is different and may have different registration
requirements.

ACCIDENTS INVOLVING THE USE OF THIS SCOOTER. TO DETERMINE IF COVERAGE
IS PROVIDED, YOU SHOULD CONTACT YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY OR AGENT.
WARNING!
Please follow the applicable laws at all times. For your safety, wear
a DOT or SNELL approved helmet, safety gear or clothing, goggle or protective
eyewear at all times when riding the vehicle. Under no circumstances,
involve in sudden moves and stunt or extreme rides. Ride responsibly
and do not ride under any influence. All riders under age of 16 must
ride with adult supervision. Please take a vehicle safety course before
riding (check atvsafety.org or msf-usa.org). Keep in mind riding a scooter,
moped, go cart, atv, four wheeler, dirt bike, motorcyle, sport bike
or in short any motor-driven can be hazardous.
Please
make sure to check the vehicle prior to operation. Tighten all nuts
and bolts before any ride and check the oil level on a regular basis.
Prices
do not include state tax (CA residents), registration, and documentation
unless otherwise stated.
PARTS:
We will receive full line of parts by August 21st, 2008 once we receive
the new shipment.
