By buying and/or using any item from our or our affiliated web sites, the purchaser acknowledges to be at least 18 years of age. Purchaser also acknowledges that motorized pocket bikes, atv/quads, dirt bikes, electric scooters, gas scooters, motorcylces, push scooters, choppers, and any vehicle which is ridden on roads or off roads are inherently dangerous and hazardous, and that use of such vessel/vehicle involves the risk and danger of serious bodily injury including, but not limited to, disability, paralysis, dismemberment and death. Additional risks may exist that may not be readily foreseeable. Purchaser agrees to comply with all applicable laws governing the use of the vessels/vehicles, and to observe all appropriate safety precautions, including the wearing of appropriate helmets and protective gear and clothing, and operating the pocket bike safely and under safe conditions. Purchaser fully accepts and assumes responsibility for all such risks, losses, costs, and damages incurred as a result of the use of the pocket bike or participation in any pocket bike riding or racing activity, whether by purchaser or anyone using the pocket bike with or without purchaser's permission. Your purchase of the pocket bike shall constitute your release and indemnity in favor of RABBIT SCOOTERS, its shareholders, officers and directors from any against any and all claims or injuries of every kind resulting from use or operation of the vessel/vehicles, including costs and attorney's fees incurred in connection therewith.
